I know I'm about six Monk seasons late, but remember the episode where the killer murdered the Latvian ambassador for witnessing the murder?
In the end he's arrested but the real question is for anyone who taken international law ... was he transported to the Latvian authorities or simply sent to an American Prison for murder?
I think it's more apporpriate if your ambassador's killer is sent to your country for punishment
